Brand-led · Brand Audit · Free

Where your brand stands, and what it’s costing you.

You can feel it when dealers decide what sells, when every slow quarter ends in a scheme, when buyers can’t tell you from the next supplier. The Audit shows you what that costs, in your own answers and your own numbers.

what we measure

Four areas, 40 points

Conditioning and Signal carry the most points because that is where you have the most control. Pull is mostly an outcome, so you raise it by raising the other three.

8PTS

Dependence

Who owns the demand. 4 questions.

12PTS

Conditioning

What the market waits for. 6 questions.

12PTS

Signal

Whether your difference is visible. 6 questions, worded for your sector.

8PTS

Pull

How demand arrives. 4 questions.

You also write three short answers in your own words: one thing you gave up in the last twelve months to keep a customer, how you would finish “Customers choose us because…”, and what the person who takes over your business actually inherits.

see where you stand

Four tiers. Which one are you?

You see your result before we ask for anything.

0–12Replaceable

The market buys your rate. Demand belongs to the channel.

14–22Compared

In the set, then judged on price like everyone in it.

24–30Preferred

Chosen when you are in the room. Vulnerable when you are not.

32–40Requested

Asked for by name. Price is a detail, not the decision.

What you see, in order

  1. Your score and your tier
  2. Four bars showing where you are strong and where you are not
  3. Your two weakest areas, named, with what they cost you in margin, dealer power and pricing
  4. Your own “Customers choose us because…” line, with one test: could your two largest rivals sign it and be telling the truth?
  5. The concession you named, added up over a year, on the one account you told us about
  6. How you compare with others in your sector, once enough owners have taken the audit
  7. One next step

how this works

Plain terms

Cost

Free, with no obligation.

Your answers

Private. Used only to build your report and prepare for the call, and never shared. Sector figures come only from combined results, and only when there are enough of them.

Your email

Asked for after you see your score, to send the written report.

Who should answer

Ideally the person who knows your margins and dealer terms.

Not included

A plan, prices, or a recommendation to buy anything. The audit shows where you stand. The call decides what to do.

Limits

Twenty questions give a read of your business, not a full study of it.

faq

Questions owners ask

Is the Brand Audit really free?

Yes, with no obligation. It shows where you stand. It doesn’t include a plan, prices or a recommendation to buy anything.

How long does it take?

About ten minutes for 20 yes/no questions and three short written answers. If you want the written report, eight deeper questions take about ten minutes more.

Do I have to give my email?

Only after you have seen your score, so we can send the written report.

Who should answer the questions?

Ideally the person who knows your margins and dealer terms.

What happens to my answers?

They stay private. We use them only to build your report and prepare for the call, and never share them. Sector comparisons come only from combined results, and only when there are enough of them.

What happens on the call?

A 30–45 minute conversation with a Curry Nation founder. We test the diagnosis against what you see in your business and agree one next step. No pitch unless you ask for one.

How accurate can twenty questions be?

Twenty questions give a read of your business, not a full study of it. That is why the call exists: to test the read against reality.
